Satcoms heads over the horizon

Hong Kong, 1 April, 2009 – The Cable & Satellite Broadcasting Association of Asia (CASBAA) will stage the ninth CASBAA Satellite Industry Forum on Monday June 15th in Singapore at the Four Seasons Hotel. Decision-making executives from the satellite industry drawn from around the world will share their insights and address issues for the APAC market.

Themed “Over the Horizon”, the one day high-powered annual conference will cover critical issues including the future for satcoms technology, the latest business models and the road to profitability; how CEOs are coping with today’s financial challenges; the potential businesses of Ka-band satellite systems and satellite services for mobile users.

At the Forum, Rob Bednarek, CEO, SES New Skies and Mark Dankberg, Chairman & CEO, Viasat will deliver keynote addresses. Other featured speakers include:
