December 19, 2014 – The China TV Drama Industry Report, released at the Shenzhen International TV Fair recently announced some interesting findings.
Findings from the report shw that 2014 saw the number of TV dramas aired in prime-time decrease by around 25% over the year previous. Industry analysts note that the reason is likely due to SARFT regulations last year limiting the number of satellite channels that could broadcast a drama at the same time.
