TrueVisions partners with local cable operators

TrueVisions, the pay-TV unit of Thai telecommunications group True, is plannin to expand its cable TV audience by partnering with 300 local cable operators next year. The company joined with 150 cable operators to launch a True Cable Partners package with thirty channels and another 150 local cable operators will join the alliance next year, The Bangkok Post writes. When the network includes the 300 cable TV operators, True's viewer base will increase to 3.5 million households, which is expected to boost advertising revenues.
