Global IPTV Market Hits Nearly 90 Million Subs

At the end of June, there were 87.2 million IPTV subscribers around the world, according to research company Point Topic, which reports slower growth in mature markets such as North America, Western Europe and Asia.

The Q2 2013 figure of 87.1 million is up by 24 percent from the same period a year prior, meaning 17 million net additions.
