Turner Broadcasting System Asia Pacific has added an exclusive documentary channel, World Heritage Channel, to its Asian channel line-up. The company has not divulged details on launch date and carriage deals.
The channel will be aired in high definition format along with subtitles in Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia and Bahasa Indonesia. The channel will broadcast specific programming on nature, travel, history and culture.
Turner Asia Pacific has secured exclusive and award-winning content for the region from the world’s best documentary producers. It also has authenticated over-the-top and catch-up rights for selected content.
