New Vietnam Copyright Rules

“Must carry” a copyright issue in Thailand?

The National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) has insisted the must-carry rule governing the broadcasting industry will make it possible for all Thais to watch free-to-air channels that operate on the basis of public frequencies, even if the consumers get their TV from cable & satellite.
