Taipei, 24 June 2015 – E! Entertainment Television – NBCUniversal International Networks’ pop culture powerhouse – is taking on Taiwan. The channel launches for the first time-ever on Wednesday, 1 July across both linear and OTT platforms in the market.
Subscribers of linear cable TV provider CNS, OTT channel aggregator FTV, and mobile TV platform Asia Pacific Telecom will be among the first in Taiwan to access the channel, which will be available with Chinese subtitles.
Available in 160 countries around the globe, E! is the home of pop culture, capturing the topics that fascinate us all including personalities, trends, music, fashion, TV, movies, art, nightlife, philanthropy, technology, design and sports.

E!’s key programming highlights for the month of July include encores of signature reality sensations Keeping Up With The Kardashians and #RichKids of Beverly Hills, as well as the flagship daily showbiz bulletin show E! News, airing “Express from the US,” every Tuesday to Sunday at 8 p.m.
Brand new series include Stewarts & Hamiltons, premiering on Tuesday, 28 July at 9 p.m., E! goes behind-the-scenes of a family with a lineage only Hollywood could produce, the brand new brand-new series follows the blended families of Alana Stewart, including her children, Kimberly Stewart, Ashley Hamilton and Sean Stewart, and her ex-husband-turned-best friend George Hamilton; and Hollywood Cycle premiering on Friday, 10 July at 9 p.m., a never-before-seen look inside the uber-popular, highly competitive world of indoor cycling at LA’s Cycle House.
